About Our Website

NetSkate, Inc. operates an online store that sells physical roller skate products that are shipped to your address. The only digital item we sell is a virtual NetSkate gift card that is emailed to the recipient upon purchase. We do not sell any other digital items, downloads, or subscriptions.

You may browse the site without an account, but creating one allows you to:

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs (if applicable), or incorrect addresses.

Returns & Refunds

We follow this policy:

We offer returns and refunds within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Not eligible for returns:

  • Used skate products
  • Items beyond 30 days
  • Gift cards

Return shipping costs are your responsibility (unless defective).
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
