WHAT IS NETSKATE’S RETURN POLICY?
Need to do a return or exchange? NetSkate offers a hassle-free, 30-day return policy for all products. To start your return, fill out the Return & Exchange form on our Returns & Refunds Policy page, and our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours to start your return process. Please note: used products and custom products are not eligible for a refund. If you have any questions, email our team at sales@netskateinc.com.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We understand that you’re excited to receive your NetSkate order! All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. You should receive an email regarding your order status as it moves through processing and then shipping. Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your order within 5-14 business days of your order being placed.

You may select 2-day shipping during Checkout for an additional charge. Please note that order processing will take 1-2 business days.
DO YOU OFFER ANY SALES OR PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS?

WHAT ARE SKATE BUCKS?
Skate Bucks is our way of saying Thank You for choosing to shop with NetSkate! It is a special type of coupon that saves you money off of any orders over $50. They are automatically applied to your cart once your order hits that $50 minimum. As you continue to shop, the amount of Skate Bucks may increase automatically depending on your cart subtotal. Skate Bucks cannot be saved or combined for use on future or past orders. If you decide you want to return or exchange your order, Skate Bucks cannot be refunded as cash. Skate Bucks are non-transferable and non-refundable.
